The IRSV is honoured to call Anna Lee Cribb its patron.

Anna Lee is a former Commissioner in the Fair Work Commission having recently retired after 24 years as a Commissioner.  During that time, Anna Lee conducted conciliations and, when required, arbitrations across a range of industries including the metal industry, health, aged care and community, Australia Post and maritime.  Anna Lee was also very active in the New Approaches part of the jurisdiction and facilitated interest based bargaining for parties in a number of organisations and introduced  national mediator accreditation into the Commission.

Since retiring from the Commission, Anna Lee undertakes consulting work including workplace mediations, enterprise bargaining facilitation and chairing appeal boards. 

Anna Lee has continued to give back to the workplace relations profession as Patron of the IRSV and a Committee member, and as Secretary of ALERA.
