The Society has a number of functions throughout the year.  Its traditional activities are:

• The Annual Convention
• The Patron's Night Dinner
• The Bi-Annual Sir Richard Kirby Lecture
• Meet the Commission

The Society organises a number of 'Snap-shot' sessions - which feature speakers who provide a 'snap-shot' of a current and topical issues in the industrial relations field.
