Vice President Ross and Senior Deputy President Lacy will discuss the features and pitfalls of industrial advocacy and the rules of evidence at a seminar organised by the IRSV on Wednesday 7 May 2003.
Vice President Ross has had extensive experience in advocacy both as a member of the Commission and formerly as the Legal Officer for the Australian Council of Trade Unions.
Prior to his appointment to the Commission, Senior Deputy President Lacy was a barrister at the Victorian Bar, a solicitor at AJ Macken & Co, and District Registrar of the Federal Court and Tribunal Registry.
